This page explains how to delete your account, even if the app is not installed on your phone. · Türkçe

How to delete

1. Install Weki on any Android phone or iPhone.
2. Sign in with your username and password.
3. Go to Profile → Delete Account, enter your password and confirm the deletion.

Deletion happens immediately and permanently; there is no waiting period.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, devices and sessions, friendships and blocks, alarms, group and plan records, nudges, the wake-up voice messages you sent and received and their audio files, and your reports. Your username becomes available to others. The data is removed from server backups within 14 days at the latest.

Why we don't delete by email

A Weki account is not linked to an email address. Looking only at an email, we cannot verify that the account is yours; deleting without verification would mean anyone's account could be deleted with a single email. As long as you can sign in, the steps above are the way to delete it.
